UPCoM-Index Drops Third Day on Profit-taking 2009-08-19 - FPTS
The index lost 3.36 points, or 4.27%, to 82.09, deepening its three-day loss to 14.86%. Trading volume rose to 151,433 shares valued at VND2 billion. According to the data compiled by FPT Securities, seven stocks advanced, four declined, one closed unchanged and two were untraded. ABI, the largest listing by market cap on UPCoM, sank VND4,200 per share to VND38,000 on a trade of 300 shares. PPP added VND1,000 per share to close at VND11,500 per share on a trade of 3,780 shares. SME was the most active stock on a trade of 38,483 shares, which tumbled VND1,0200 to close at VND11,500 per share. DNT and BTC closed without any trade. |
