VASS extends deadline to seek strategic partners   2009-07-14 - VNSN

The board of Viendong Assurance Joint Stock Corp (VASS) have collected the shareholders' opinion about extending the due date for searching strategic partners within the period of Q3 and Q4 of 2009.

The management board approved the resolution of offering shares for individual strategic shareholders with the volume of 16.5 million shares, worth 165 billion dong. The initial price to be offered is not lower than the par value of 10,000 dong per share.

Previously, the company had planned to offer shares until the end of Q2.

However, due to fluctuations in Vietnamese and world economy, VASS has not found any strategic partners up to now.
