PetroVietnam Construction Co. to list shares in Ha Noi   2009-05-20 - SanOTC

PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Co. is to list on the Ha Noi Securities Trading Centre (HaSTC) in the third quarter of this year, the company said after a shareholder meeting on Saturday.

The corporation’s 2009 business target is VND3.6 trillion (US$202.2 million) in revenue and VND177 billion in after-tax profit. In addition, the pre-arranged dividend is set at 8 to 10 per cent of its charter capital.

The company also plans to extend its charter capital from VND150 billion ($8.4 million) to VND1.5 trillion in this year (VNSN)
