Phuc Hung Constrexim reports 4.6b dong 2008 profit   2009-05-20 - SanOTC

Phuc Hung Investment Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Co (Phuc Hung Constrexim) just released the 2008 business report in which the company’s sales and services revenue was posted at 310.958 billion dong, after-tax profit of 4.574 billion dong, and EPS of 1,353 dong.

Phuc Hung Constrexim set business targets for 2009 with total turnover of 500 billion dong, after tax profit of 5.5 billion dong, and dividend payment of 10 percent. The company planned to issue more shares with the rate of 1:1 to raise capital for some projects. The company has submitted its profile of application for listing on HASTC since November 2008 and prepared to be posted in the near future.

The company holds chartered capital of 30 billion dong and its main business lines are civil & industrial engineering, infrastructure, interior and exterior decoration, production and sales of construction materials.(VNSN)
